Family Night Banana Pudding : 123imaginationalive

I love family night! A board game, a movie or maybe just hanging out together around the kitchen table. I do like to put a little time into our family nights in our home. This recipe is one of our family's favorites!

Shopping List
2 boxes of vanilla wafers
2 small boxes of vanilla jello
1 quart of heavy whipping cream
1.5 cups of water
1 large bunch of ripe bananas
 1 small cool whip

This recipe is a great addition to your younger chefs in the family recipe box.

You will start with mixing the jello with the water, sit in fridge for about 5 minutes.
While this is chilling. Beat your heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. I use my Kitchen Aid mixer and the whisk attachment.
You can eat a few of the cookies along the way, that was the reason for the two boxes!

Fold the whipping cream with the jello. Place a cup into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Add a layer of cookies and then a layer of bananas. Continue to layer until the pan is full. Top with cookie crumbs and cool whip if desired.

I placed my cool whip into a zipper bag with a large icing tip snipped the corner and decorated the top of my desserts.

Yummy!

If you have leftovers, you can create a few pudding desserts. Just layer until you reach the top.

Chill for a few hours and enjoy!

This dessert is great with pizzas!
