How do you make a quiche?

Sausage egg and cheese QUICHE!

Quiche is so easy to make and a great way to use up leftovers!

Here is the basic Recipe:
10 eggs
1 cup of whole milk
1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 lb of brown crumbled sausage

In a large bowl you will beat the milk,

eggs and

 cheese

until frothy. I use an vintage hand beater but a fork or wire whisk will do the trick!

Pour into a pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Sprinkle with cooked sausage.

Bake 350 degree until golden brown about 30 minutes give or take. :)

I check the middle with thermometer, looking for 165 degrees.

Here is where it can get fun.

After spraying the bottom of your pan; line with frozen hash browns and spinach leaves.
Add onions, peppers, mushrooms or other vegetables too!
You can mix up the flavors by adding different spices and cheese flavors.
Leftover ham and bacon is really good as well.
I serve it with fruit and sometimes homemade biscuits.

One pound of sausage will yield 2 quiches.
Save the other 1/2 lb for another quiche or pizza topping.

I bought my eggs at a German grocery store for .39cents a dozen!

Here are some other favorites of mine to try.
